Geneva Hills is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead a renewed Christ-centered camp ministry in Central Ohio through relational leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for developing young ministry leaders. We are looking for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with ministry and community leaders and who takes pride in helping a ministry run with excellence, intentionality, and care for people. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, relational, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative within a small full-time camp team while helping sustain the culture, systems, and momentum rebuilt over the last several years.
