WHO WE ARE

Geneva Hills is a Christ-centered camp and retreat ministry located on 350 acres between Lancaster and Logan, Ohio. Over the last several years, God has blessed a renewed focus on Christian ministry at Geneva Hills.

Today, Geneva Hills serves 350+ campers in our own summer program and 5,000+ additional guests year round while continuing to invest in long-term ministry growth, facility expansion, and experiences that create eternal impact.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Geneva Hills is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead a renewed Christ-centered camp ministry in Central Ohio through relational leadership, operational oversight, and a passion for developing young ministry leaders. We are looking for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with ministry and community leaders and who takes pride in helping a ministry run with excellence, intentionality, and care for people. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, relational, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative within a small full-time camp team while helping sustain the culture, systems, and momentum rebuilt over the last several years. For the right person, this is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Christian camp ministry during one of the most exciting seasons in the organization’s history.
